Before the feature of splitscreen arrived, Lego games used to be a shared screen Co-op experience. And recently, 4-player splitscreen modes have been introduced. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 allows for full 2-player local co-op as always. When playing with a second person, the game’s vertical split screen is chosen. In LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2, there will also be four player co-op, a new feature that is nothing new to LEGO games. Co-op in LEGO games is typically done on a two-player couch. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 always supports local co-op in both local and online play. When playing a game with another person, the game appears in a vertical split screen. There will also be four player co-op play in LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2, which is a departure from the standard two-player couch co-op found in LEGO games. Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 splitscreen. (Start What?) ;-) then, I click F2 I notice the screen splits & I can no longer return back to switching back & forth between characters or return back to single screen mode, instead in split screen mode, (after pressing F2) both characters mirror each other & move identically Lego Indiana Jones 1/2, Lego Harry potter, Lego pirates of the carabian, Lego lotr & Lego Hobbit. BTW the Lego games I mentioned are for the level co-op. BUT: Lego DC super villains has good co-op in the open world but level co-op is not AS good. If the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 application is running, close it. Unplug the gamepad (or wireless receiver, if the gamepad is wireless). Turn the switch on the pad to “D”. Plug the pad or wireless receiver back in. Restart the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 application. You will now be able to play LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 with the gamepad As always, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 supports full 2-player local co-op throughout the entire campaign. When playing with another person, the game defaults to a vertical split-screen.
